Return Policy

* Due to the nature of Krave Kollection WIGS All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

* Only merchandise credit will be allowed.

If the unit appears to have signs of wear, your credit will be rejected and the unit will be considered unacceptable and returned to the customer.

(Signs of wear: Lace is cut, style has been changed, cap is ripped or stretched, hair has been cut, or band & clips has been removed)

* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for merchandise credit. 

* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 

* There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 14 days from you receiving the wig. 

* Items returned after 30 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 

* NO EXCEPTIONS. 

* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

To ensure your unit fits properly please follow the instructions provided on our size chart.

3. All custom closure wig orders take between 7-12 days to process due to hand made  & machine construction construction

4. ALL Bundles, Frontals, and Closures,  will take 5-7 processing days

5. ALL orders will receive prompt 2-4 day shipping (USA ONLY)

6. We use one donor Raw Indian Hair only

7.ALL of our lace products come with bleached knots.
